Apple Cider Vinegar Powder (Malus domestica) (fruit) 340 mg
Green Tea Extract (Camellia sinensis) (leaf) (120 mg catechins, 50 mg EGCG [epigallocatechin gallate], 25 mg caffeine) 200 mg
Gelatin capsule (gelatin, purified water), vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).
Recommended dosage (adults): 1 capsule 3 times daily with meals and preferably with plenty of water or as directed by a physician.
