Medicinal Ingredients

Each vegetarian capsule contains:
Organic KSM-66 Ashwagandha^® Extract (Withania somnifera) (root) (5% withanolides)	300 mg^*

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Rice flour, vegetarian capsule (carbohydrate gum, purified water), vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), stearic acid, silica.

Dosage

Recommended dosage (adults): 1 capsule 2 times daily or as directed by a physician. Consult a physician for use beyond 12 weeks. For sleep quality, relief of restlessness and/or athletic support: Use for a minimum of 8 weeks to see a beneficial effects.
