We’re More than Just the Purple Cap

We’ve been around since 1948, but we’ve been so focused on our mission to provide the best quality products that we haven’t properly introduced ourselves. You may recognize our products from the purple cap in the vitamin aisle at your local drugstore or grocery store.

If you’ve shopped for vitamins, you’ve most likely picked up one of our products at some point. You may even have one sitting in your medicine cabinet right now.  

What “Proudly Canadian” Really Means to Us 

We started making supplements in Canada in 1948, and we still call Canada home. Our company was founded in beautiful British Columbia, and our headquarters is still there today. We are proud to call ourselves a Canadian company with a diverse employee base that is at the heart of everything we do.  

We take pride in supporting other Canadian businesses by sourcing our ingredients locally as much as possible. And to ensure that we’re meeting the highest standards of what you expect, we formulate, manufacture, and test everything here in Canada.

We also don't add artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives. We know you wouldn’t want these in your food, so you wouldn’t want them in your supplements either. Your peace of mind is important to us; taking your vitamins should be a worry-free process.

In fact, we recently announced that we are now a carbon-neutral company. We invest in carbon offset projects such as the reforestation of the Niagara Escarpment Forest.
