Zinc is a very active mineral in human metabolism. It supports immunity, skin health, hormones and reproductive health. It is widely used for prostate problems and zinc is necessary for our sense of smell, taste and vision. Zinc is a trace mineral that functions in more enzymatic reactions than any other mineral. Low zinc levels can affect virtually every system of the body. Marginal zinc deficiency may cause increased susceptibility to infection, poor wound healing, poor sense of taste or smell, and minor skin disorders.

Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), silica.

Recommended dosage (adults): 1 tablet daily with a meal a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as directed by a physician.
