The right fibre4 is a natural, soluble dietary prebiotic fibre supplement enriched with probiotics for the maintenance of healthy gastrointestinal functions. Foods that contain FODMAPs (fermentable oligosaccharides, disaccharides, monosaccharides, and polyols) can be hard to digest and can aggravate IBS symptoms. The right fibre4 is low-FODMAP certified by Monash University and clinically recognized to help relieve bowel irregularity, bloating, dyspepsia, and other minor gastrointestinal symptoms in people with IBS. It contains a natural, nondigestible dietary fibre sourced from the guar bean that helps improve intestinal regularity, including constipation and/or diarrhea.
This formula also contains the probiotic strain Bifidobacterium longum BB536®, one of the most researched probiotic strains available. It is used to promote a favourable gut flora and is shelf-stable, so it does not require refrigeration.
Each serving provides 1.25 g of fibre4 and 250 million CFU of B. longum. The unflavoured powder dissolves easily into water and other non-carbonated beverages with a neutral taste, and is non-GMO, gluten-free, keto-friendly, and suitable for vegetarians and vegans. It helps reduce the glycemic response and glycemic index when taken with food, and provides a convenient way for adults and children 8 years and up to maintain healthy gastrointestinal function.

Mixing instructions: First put powder into dry empty glass, then add 250 mL of water or other liquid and stir briskly.
Recommended dosage (adults and children 8 years and older):
• For IBS, diarrhea, constipation, glycemic index, intestinal health: 2 level scoops per day (approximately 5 g).
• For fibre: 1 level scoop per day (approximately 2.5 g).
• For gut flora and probiotics: 1/2 scoop per day (approximately 1.25 g).
Take at least 2–3 hours before or after antibiotics for all dosing.
Free of artificial colours, preservatives, or sweeteners; no dairy, sugar, wheat, gluten, soy, corn, egg, fish, shellfish, animal products, salt, tree nuts, or GMOs. Suitable for vegetarians/vegans.
Consult a physician prior to use: 1) if you have diabetes mellitus in which blood sugar is difficult to regulate, 2) if you are taking medications which inhibit peristaltic movement (e.g., opioids, loperamide), 3) if you have symptoms such as severe abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, or fever (as these could be signs of abdominal constipation, disease of the oesophagus or the superior opening of the stomach (cardia), paralysis of the intestine, megacolon, fecal impaction, inflamed bowel, or appendicitis), 4) if you have bloody diarrhea, or 5) if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a physician if symptoms persist or worsen, or if laxative effect does not occur within seven days. Stop use and consult a physician if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g., diarrhea) occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days. Do not use if you are experiencing a sudden change in bowel habits that has persisted for more than 2 weeks, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, or failure to defecate following the use of another laxative product, or if you have an immunecompromised condition (e.g., AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment). Keep out of reach of children.
