Dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, carbohydrate gum, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).
Recommended dosage (adults only): At or before bedtime, take 1–2 tablets once daily or as directed by a physician. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin.
Jet lag: Take while travelling and at destination until adaptation to the new daily pattern. For occasional short-term use.
All uses except jet lag: For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a physician.
For abdominal pain:Use for a minimum of 2 weeks to see beneficial effects.
