2/3 cup water
1/3 cup skim or 1% milk (or soy, almond or coconut milk)
1/3 cup yogurt
1/3 – ½ cup frozen mixed berries
1 tbsp of ground flaxseed
1 tbsp almond butter (optional)
Add water, milk, yogurt, banana, frozen berries, ground flaxseed, and almond butter (optional) to a blender.
Blend and enjoy!
