Most online orders are shipped via UPS. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

A tracking number was sent to you after your order was shipped. Please contact the courier directly to review the time of delivery.

Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box address?

Yes, we can deliver to PO Box addresses.

How do I check my delivery status?

Once your order has shipped, a shipping notification with tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping options?

We offer free shipping on orders of $25 or more before taxes. Once your order has shipped, a shipping notification will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Are there any shipping restrictions?

We currently do not ship outside of Canada.

Most orders will arrive within 5–7 business days depending on location and courier volume.

When will my order ship?

All online orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday), except for public holidays.
