How do I make a return?

Step 1. Login and go to My Account. Step 2. Select My Orders. Step 3. Click Return next to the product you wish to return. Note that only fulfilled orders can be returned. If your order is unfulfilled, you will have the option to cancel instead. Step 4. Follow step-by-step instructions.

What is your return & refunds policy?

An unopened product may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. If the product is damaged, an image of the damaged product will need to be attached to your return form.

May I return more than one order in the same parcel?

Yes, as long as you print and include the return slips for each product that you are returning.

How long does a return take?

Once the product is returned to our warehouse, you will be credited to the original form of payment used within 7–10 business days.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on delivery fees. We do however offer free shipping on returns.
