How do I find my order number?

Step 1. Login with your username and password Step 2. Go to My Account page Step 3. Go to My Order page and review your order history. Alternatively, the order number is noted on your order confirmation email.

How do I cancel an order?

Step 1. Login using your username and password Step 2. Click on My Account and select My Orders Step 3. If your order has not been shipped already, click Cancel

Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

Before your order is processed, there is a cancel option you may click on the My Order page. After your order is processed, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may return it and receive a full refund (minus a shipping fee) that will be credited to the original form of payment used within 7–10 business days.

I would like to order an item that is out of stock. Will you be getting more stock?

Unless an item is discontinued, an out-of-stock product will become available in due time. If an item you wish to purchase is out of stock at the time of order processing, it will not be shipped to you and you will not be charged for that item.

How do I track my order?

If you click My Orders button on the order confirmation email, it will take you a page with your order details. Once your order is fulfilled, a tracking number will be added to the page and you will receive an email notification. You may use the tracking number through the shipping company to track your shipment.

How do I place an order?

Step 1. Select the product(s) you wish to purchase and add to cart. You may review the items in your cart and make changes to add or remove items. Step 2. Click the Check Out button. Step 3. You may continue as a guest, login to your existing account or set up an account to continue. Step 4. Follow the directions as prompted.

What emails will I receive regarding my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. When your order has been fulfilled, the shipping status will be updated and an additional email will be sent to you with tracking details.
