For all recommended dosages: If you are on antibiotics, take at least 2–3hours before or after.
Free of artificial colours, preservatives, or sweeteners; no dairy, starch, sugar, wheat, gluten, yeast, soy, corn, egg, fish, shellfish, animal products, tree nuts, or GMOs. Suitable for vegetarians/vegans.
Consult a physician prior to use: 1)if you have diabetes mellitus in which blood sugar is difficult to regulate, 2)if you are taking medications which inhibit peristaltic movement (e.g., opioids, loperamide), 3)if you have symptoms such as severe abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever (as these could be signs of abdominal constipation, disease of the oesophagus or the superior opening of the stomach (cardia), paralysis of the intestine, megacolon, faecal impaction, inflamed bowel or appendicitis), or 4)if you have bloody diarrhea. Consult a physician if symptoms persist or worsen, or if laxative effect does not occur within seven days. If symptoms of digestive upset (e.g., diarrhea) occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3days, discontinue use and consult a physician. Do not use if you are experiencing a sudden change in bowel habits that has persisted for more than 2weeks, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, or failure to defecate following the use of another laxative product, or if you have an immunecompromised conditionn (e.g., AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment).
